Welcome!

Well I've been talking about starting a blog for months now, but I guess I always found other stuff to do instead.  I've finally decided that NOW is just as good a time as any other time.

I will be posting updates on the family and myself.  I figure with trying to raise a family, working, cooking, and training for various races (tri's and a marathon), there will be plenty to write about.
